Two more pages & my first of what i hope will be many Beetlejuice references!

Reminder; Free Comic Book Day is approaching! Saturday, May 2nd! I’ll be at Maverick’s in Kettering Ohio from 10am till 3pm doing some sketches, giving away some comics, bashing turtles & even judging a costume contest!

I am terrified.

It’s weird to see me pretending to be me in front of a camera… usually i’m someone else.

Thanks to the guys at UVN for taking the time to talk to me & Justin.

I’ve been off the grid for the last few days. It was my wedding aniversary, the 8th one! So, a BIG thank you to my wife for letting me live thru that!

I have some pages to toss up on the site as some point this week. And i see that more people are asking for sketches… good!

Free Comic Book Day is May 2nd, a Saturday.

My good friend two of the good people from WAC Comics have ask me to share a table with them at Mavricks in Kettering. They, as well as myself, will be giving out samples of our wares for free.

Justin Wasson, the W in said comics group, will be doing his traditional marathon of free sketches for everyone & anyone who shows up.

Here is the tricky part… Mike Adams II, the A, ask me to sketch along with Justin but i don’t sketch. I just don’t. If you go thru any of my “sketch” books & you will find roughs for pages, lines of dialogue, outlins of plots, finished pencils for individual panels, but no sketches. I don’t know why. I just don’t sketch. I don’t enjoy it. It just feels incomplete to me. My brain is broken, completely broken.

So… help me over come this.

Ask me to sketch something/someone here & i’ll do it tonight. I want to practice. Each person who comes here can request one sketch of one comic character. I’ll draw them starting at 8:00ish & post them as i finish them.

Let’s see how this goes!
